An Ordinance further to amend the Land Transactions (Enemy

Occupation) Ordinance, Chapter 256.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Land Transactions Short title, (Enemy Occupation) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953.

2. Section 3 of the Land Transactions (Enemy Occupation) Amend, Ordinance (bereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is ment of

section 4. amended by the deletion from the fifth line of subsection (2) of the words "five years" and the substitution therefor of the (Cap. 255; following-

"six years".
