Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Births and Deaths Short title. Registration (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953,
2. Section 15 of the Births and Deaths Registration Amend- Ordinance is amended by the addition after subsection (2) of meat of the following new subsection-
**(3) In every case in which a registrar receives informa- tion of the death in the Colony of any citizen of the United States of America, he shall cause information of the fact to be
