REGULATIONS MADE BY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL
under section 3.
In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Post Office Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the follow- ing regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Post Office Citation. (Amendment) Regulations, 1952, and shall be read as one with the Post Office Regulations.

14. Any parcel remaining unclaimed within a period of 10 days of the posting of a notification of arrival shall be principal
regulations. hable to a demurrage charge of $2.00. If not collected after 30 days it may be removed to the Returned Parcel Office and if after that time it has not been returned to sender or other- wise disposed of, it may be recalled on payment of a further charge of $1.00. All such fees shall be payable in cash in such manner as may be directed by the Postmaster General."
