POST OFFICE ORDINANCE,

(Chapter 98).

:

REGULATIONS MADE BY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL

under section 3.

In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Post Office Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the follow- ing regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Post Office Citation. (Amendment) Regulations, 1952, and shall be read as one with the Post Office Regulations.

14. Any parcel remaining unclaimed within a period of 10 days of the posting of a notification of arrival shall be principal

If not collected after 30 days it may be removed to the Returned Parcel Office and if after that time it has not been returned to sender or other- wise disposed of, it may be recalled on payment of a further charge of $1.00. All such fees shall be payable in cash in such manner as may be directed by the Postmaster General."
