EMERGENCY REGULATIONS ORDINANCE. (Chapter 241).

REGULATIONS BY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

In exercise of the power conferred by section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations --

1. These regulations may be cited as the Emergency Citation, (Immediate Resumption) (Amendment) Regulations, 1952, and shall be read as one with the Emergency (Immediate Resump- tion) Regulations, 1952.

1. The principal regulations are amended by-

(a) the deletion of paragraph (d) of regulation 3 and the principal

substitution therefor of the following-

"(d) A notice published or affixed under this regulation shall be deemed to be a notice to the owner of the land and every persor interested in the land or having any right or easement therein."; (b) the addition after regulation 3 of the following-

4. In any case in which regulation 3 applies section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance shall take effect as if the words "or if he has failed to nominate such person, then the Chairman may nominate some other person on his behalf" had been substituted for the words "or if he has failed before ör within one week after the date of expiration of the Resumption notice of intended resumption to nominate in writing Ordinance.
