The permit shall not be valid until the fee for the pres- cribed initial period has been paid into the Treasury and failure thereafter to pay the prescribed fees as they become due within 15 days of demand will result in the cancellation of this permit.
6. In the event of the structure on the site covered by this permit being transferred to any person or of the structure being left vacant for a period exceeding two weeks this permit shall be cancelled forthwith.
7- The site and the structure erected thereon shall be main- tained by the permittee at all times during the currency of this permit in good state of cleanliness and repair to the satisfaction of the Urban Council.
8. Failure to complete the work of erecting a structure of the prescribed specifications to the satisfaction of the Urban Council, within ********
...... days from date of issue of this permit will result in cancellation of the permit forthwith.
9. The permittee shall at all times maintain and enforce good order and decorum upon the premises.
10. The permittee shall comply with all rules made by the Urban Council under regulation 10 of the Emergency (Resettle- ment Areas) Regulations, 1952, and shall not suffer any person on the premises to contravene such rules.
11. The permittee shall not commit nor suffer the commission upon the premises of any offence against the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap. 134, or against the Protection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance, 1951.
