These rules may be cited as the Grant Schoola Provident Fund Citation.
1.
Rules, 1952.

2. In these rules— “continuous contributory service" means continuous service while contri- protation,
buting to the fund or to other funds approved under rule 7 (1) (d); "contributor" means a person who contributes compulsorily to the fand or
who has exercised an option to contribute to the fund:
"Grant Code" means the code under the terms of which Government gives
grants in aid to certain schools;
"grant schools" means the schools which receive such grants;
"fund" and "board" mean respectively the provident fund and board of
control established under these rules.
3. The object of these rules in the maintenance and management of Object of the contributory fund which since the 1st September, 1945, has provided uk. for payments in the case of the superannuation, resignation, retirement, dismissal or death of permanent full time teachers in grant schools. Rights and liabilities and procedure in respect of such food stall hereafter be ontirely governed by these rules.
4. (1) The completo administration and control of the fund, subject Board at to these rules, shall be vested in a board of control composed of a chair. control. man who shall be nominated and replaced whenever it appears to be de- sirable by the Grant Schools Council, the Director or his representativa, the Accountant General or his representative, and eight additional members who shall themselves be contributors.
