3. Section 13 of the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance is hereby repealed.
The Second Schedule to the principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the deletion of the item "Cap. zra" together with all entries and marginal notes relating thereto, "and by the subs- titution therefor of the following-

An Ordinance to authorize, provisionally and subject to the definitive approval of the Governor in Council, an under- taking for reclamation and other works of a public nature over and upon unleased Crown foreshore and sea bed situate at Kennedy Town.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Reclamations Short title. and Works (Kennedy Town) Ordinance, 1952.
