A reclamation, with necessary ancillary works, of an area of appro ximately 3.28 acres of Crown foreshore and aea bed at the end of the existing sea wall at Kennedy Town, bounded on the south by Victoria Road or Crown land adjacent thereto, on the west and north by the barbour, and on the east by Crown land already reclaimed, the limits and extent of such reclamation being shewn and delineated in red on a plan numbered P 11864 signed by the Director of Public Works and deposited in the Lenl

Reclamation 2.

A reclamation, with necessary ancillary works, of an ares of appro- ximately 3.97 acres of Crown foreshore and sea bed, bounded on the south in part by Crown land adjacent to Victoria Road, Kennedy Town, and is part by Inland Lots 1703, 2082, 1390 and 1801 or Crown land-adjacent to Buch lots, on the west and north by the harbour, and on the east by the western end of the worka referred to above an reclamation 1, the limita and extent of such reclamation being shewn and delineated in green on the plan above referred to.

An Ordinance to make provision for adapting the Japanese Treaty

of Peace Order, 1952, to the circumstances of the Colony.

WHEREAS by Article 20 of the Japanese Treaty of Peace (G.N.A. Order, 1952, it was provided that in its application to any part of Her Majesty's dominions except as therein mentioned the said Order should be subject to such modifications as might be made by the legislatures of those parts for adapting to the circumstances thereof the provisions of the said Order :

AND WHEREAS it seems desirable that in its application to Hong Kong the said Order should be subject to certain modifica. tions:

NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of Article 20 of the Japanese Treaty of Peace Order, 1952, be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:
