An Ordinance to authorize an undertaking for the reclamation of an area of sea bed and for the construction of certain piers,

WHEREAS it is provided by section 4 of the Public Reclama- tions Validation and Clauses Ordinance, 1996, that in any future Ordinance authorizing any undertaking for reclamation or other works of a public nature over and upon unleased Crown foreshore and sea bed, provisionally and subject to the definitive approval of the Governor in Council, the provisions of Part 11 of that Ordinance shall be deemed to be incorporated unless expressly Tried or excepted by such Ordinance :

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;
