such contraventions thereof as may be specified shall constitute an offence and may provide for the punish ment of any such offence on summary conviction by a fine of one thousand dollars and by imprisonment for a term of six months.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing such regulations may provide for the revocation or cancellation of any registration licence pass or other authorization to bej cffected or granted thereunder.
(3) The regulations in the Second Schedule shall be deemed to have been made under subsection (1) and shall continue in force except in so far as they may be rescinded or amended by regulations made under subsection (1).
