QUARANTINE AND PREVENTION OF DISEASE

(ORDINANCE No. 7 of 1936).
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section a of the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance, 1936, the Governor-in-Council declares that malaria shall be included within the expression "infectious disease" as defined in Section 2 of the said Ordinance.
