(3) Section 26, as amended by the Law Amend- ment (Transitional Provisions) Ordinance, 1946, is amended by the repeal of paras graph (+).

same manner as such provisions apply to premises, and in respect of any such vessel the report referred to in section 2 hereof shall be given to a marine magistrate, and the duties and powers to be exercised under this Ordinance by a magistrate shall be exercised by such marine magistrate."

(1) Section 19 is amended by the deletion of the words "two hundred and fifty dollars" in the second and third lines and the substitution therefor of the following-

(e) by the deletion of the word "intestate"
in the second line of subsection (1);
(6) by the deletion of the words "five hundred dollars" in the third line of subsection (1) and the substitution therefor of the following-
"two thousand five hundred dollars";
(c) by the deletion of the last twelve words of subsection (1) and the substitution of a full-stop for the comma after the word "applicant" in the penultimate line thereof;
(d) by the deletion of the words "five hundred dollars" in the third line of subsection (3) and the substitution therefor of the following-
