An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding two hundred million eight hundred and thirty-nine thousand and eighty-three dollars to the Public Service of the financial year ending 31st March, 1951.
WHEREAS the expenditure required for the service of this Colony for the financial year ending on the 31st March, 1951, has been estimated at the sum of two hundred million eight hundred and thirty-nine thousand and eighty-three dollars.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Appropriation for Short title. 1950-1951 Ordinance, 1950.

A sum not exceeding two hundred million eight hundred Appropria and thirty-nine thousand and eighty-three dollars shall be and the tion from same is hereby charged upon the revenue and other funds of the general Colony for the service of the financial year commencing on the 1st of April, 1950, and ending on the 31st of March, 1951, and the said sum so charged may be expended in the manner expressed in the Schedule to this Ordinance.
