An Ordinance to amend the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance,

1936.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Defences (Firing short title, Areas) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance, 1936, hereinafter Ordinanca referred to as the principal Ordinance.

Subsection (6) of section 4 of the principal Ordinance Amendment is hereby amended by the addition thereto immediately after
