11. The Governar in Council may amend the Schedule to these regulations in any manner whatsoever.

THE EMERGENCY REGULATIONS ORDINANCE, 1922. REGULATIONS BY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL,

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, as amended by the Emergency Regulations (Amendment) Ordinance, 1949, and the Emergency Regulations (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1949. the Governor in Council has made the following regulations;

1. These regulations may be cited as the Emergency (Royal Citation. Navy) Police Powers Regulations, 1949.

"Commanding Officer" means a Commissioned Officer or midshipman who at the time of the exercise of any power Bereby conferred is in command of one of the ships of war of His Majesty or one of the ships of war maintained by the Colony;

(c) the Royal Navy; or

(b) the Royal Nuval Reserve; or

(c) the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve; or

(d) the Naval Force;

"Naval Force" has the meaning from time to time

A reference to an Ordinance shall include any amendment thereof from time to time in force.
