98. Every dairyman shall cause every vessel and utensil used by him for the reception of milk, butter, cream, et celera to be of such material and design as the District Commissioner shall

approve.

Every dairyman shall cause every vessel, receptacle, or utensil used by him as containers for milk, butter, cream, et ceteri to be cleansed thoroughly with steam or clean boiling water after use and shall maintain such containers in a constanı state of cleanliness.

No dairyman shall permit or suffer any person to drink out of any vessel or measure used by him in purveying milk,

No dairyman shall cause or suffer any animal belonging under his control to be milked unless-

(a) at the time of milking the udder and teats of such

animal are thoroughly clean; and

(b) the hands of the person milking such animal are thoroughly clean and free from all infection and contamination,

It shall be the duty of every diaryman to use dur diligence and care to ascertain the presence of sickness or disease, on the premises of his dairy or milk shop and to ascertain whether such sickness or disease is of a contagious or infectious nature, and he shall be presumed to know of the existence of such sickness or disease, unless and until he shows to the satisfaction of a magistrate, before whom he is charged, that he could not with reasonable diligence have obtained such knowledge.

101. Every dairyman shall, when any person residing in his house or being upon his premises is suffering from any disease, give immediate notice thereof in writing to a health officer.

102. (1) Every person engaged or employed in any capacity in any dairy or milk shop shall submit himself for such medical employees. examination at such time and place as may be designated by #
