1. The purchaser
shall enter his

address, the quantity of gold purchased and the price paid In a register to be maintained for that purpose by the seller; and if he is purchasing otherwise than on his owVIL account shall enter also in such register the true name and address of the person on whose account he is purchasing.

2. The seller shall permit the register to be inspected at any time during ordinary busi- ness hours by any person authorised in writing by the Financial
Secretary.
The seller shall enter his true name and address the quantity of gold purchased and the price paid in a register to be maintained for that purpose by the buyer who shall permit it to be inspected at any time during ordinary busi- ness hours by any person authorised in writing by the Financial Secretary.
