Explanatory Note.
The Order imposen a curfew requiring all persons to remain indoors between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. each night if not in possession of written permit allowing them to be out. The Order applies to the area described in the Schedule to the Order. It is to be noted that the area includes the actual motor road from Sha Tau Kok to Fanling cross-roads. But the motor road from Faoling cross-roads to the Au Tau Creek bridge is excluded from the aren. Reference to such road is made in the Schedule to the Order merely for the purpose of defining the South-Westerly boundary of the curfew area.
