THE PUBLIC ORDER ORDINANCE, 1918.

Order by the Governor

(Under section 12 of the Ordinance)

In exercise of the powers vested in him by section 12 of the Public Order Ordinance, 1948, His Excellency the Governor has made the following Order:

ORDER.

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Order (Movement Citation, of Craft) Order, 1949.

2. During the continuance in force of this Order the move- Prohibition ment of craft within the areas specified in the Schedule to this of movement

of craft Order la prohibited within the hours of 22 hours (10 p.m.) and during 6 hours (G 8.10.) unless the permission in writing of the specified Commissioner of Police or other officer duly authorised has been bous. given for such movement.

SCHEDULE.

All that arcs of the waters of the Colony known as Deep Bay (Hau Hoi Wan) being North-East of a line drawn from Black Point on the South-West coast of the New Territories to South- West Point on the Nam Tau Peninsula,

All that area of the waters of the Colony known as Mirs Bay (Ma See Wan) being North of a line drawn from Mire Point (Chun Pei Ngaum) to Rate Head (Tan Tsui) and being East of a line drawn from Bluff Head (Wong Chuk Kok Tsui) to Gruff Head (Heung Lo Pai).

Published by His Excellency's Command, this 27th day of May, 1949.

Explanatory Note,

The Order prohibits movement of craft in the ares defined in the Schedule to the Order which aren dues not include Tolo Obennel (Chik Mun Hoi Hap) to the West of the line Bluff Heal- Gruff Head, Plover Cove (Shun Wan Hoi), Tolo Harbour (Tai Fa Hoi, Three Fathoms Cove (Kei Ling Ha Hoi) or Tide Cove (Sha Tin Hoi).
