Repeal of Ordinance No. 33 of IQIS.
4. The fees appointed in the Schedule shall be taken in the various matters respectively specified, and shall be paid to the officer and in manner therein shown.
5. It shall be lawful for the Governor in Council by order to amend or add to the Schedule in any manner whatsoever.
6. The Immigration Officer and any Deputy Immigration Officer appointed under section 3 of the Immigrants Control Ordinance, 1949, shall be a commissiouer to administer ouths and take declarations and affirmations for the purposes of this Ordinance.
7. The British Nationality and Status of Aliens {Fees} Ordinance, 1916, is hereby repealed.

Registration of a declaration of intention to resume British nationality or of renunciation of citizenship.
Supplying a certified true copy of any notice, certificate, order, declaration or entry given, granted or made by or under the British Nationality Act, 1948.

Registration as a citizen under 8.6 or (in the case of a person of full nge) 8.12(6) of the British Nationality Act, 1948.
Registration of a minor as a citizen under 67 of the British Nationality Act, 1948-
If the minor is a British subject or citizen of Fire or if application for his registration was made at the same time as an application by one of his parents for a certificate of naturalisation.
