An Ordinance to amend the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Merchant Shipping short tide, (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1949, and shall be read as one Ordinance with the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1890, hereinafter referred No. in of to as the principal Ordinance.
