4. The fees appointed in the Schedule shall be taken in the various matters respectively specified, and shall be paid to the officer and in manner therein shown.

It shall be lawful for the Governor in Council by order to amend or add to the Schedule in any manner whatsoever,

6. The Immigration Officer and any Deputy Immigration Officer appointed under section 3 of the Immigrants Control Ordinance, 1949, shall be a commissioner to administer ouths and take declarations and affirmations for the purposes of this Ordinance.

7. The British Nationality and Status of Aliens Fees) Ordinance, 1916, is hereby repealed.

To a British protected person;

Grant of a certificate of citizenship in

case of doubt.

Registration of a declaration of intention to resume British nationality or of renunciation of citizenship.
