An Ordinance to amend the Magistrates Ordinance, 1932.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advise and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Magistrates (Amendment) Short vide. Ordinance, 1949, and shall be read as one with the Magistrates Ordinance, 1982, bereinafter referred to as the principel Ordinance.
