An Ordinance to amend the Fraudulent Transfers of Businesses
Ordinance, 1923.

Bs it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Fraudulent Transfera short die. of Businesses (Amendicont) Ordinance, 1948, and shull be read
as one with the Fraudulent Transfers of Businesses Ordinsuce, Ordimanch 1928, hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance.

2 Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended Amendment by the addition thereto of the following sub-section ne sub-section of section 3 (0) -

(6) Any approval given by the Secretary for Chinese Affairs for the purposes of sub-section (3) of this section may be withdrawn
