An Ordinance to amend the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1931.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dutiable Commodities Shorr tide. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as one with the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1981, hereinafter referred to as Ordinance the principal Ordinance.
