An Ordinance to amend the Mercantile Marine Assistance
Fund Ordinance, 1933.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Mercantile Marine short title. Assistance Fund Amendment Ordinance, 1947.
2. Section 3 of the Mercantile Marina Assistance Fund Amand- Ordinance, 1983, is hereby amended:
(a) by substituting the word "April" for the word
January" in sub-section 1;
(8) by substituting the word "March" for the word
"December" in sub-section 2; and
(e) by substituting the words "Accountant General" for
the word "Treasurer" in sub-section 2.
