5. Section 5 of the Factories and Workshops Ordinance, 1937, is further amended:
(i) By the repeal of the words "Urban Council" in subsection (1) thereof and by the substitution therefor of the words "Labour Officer'.
(ii) By the repeal of the words "Urban Council" in sub- section (2) thereof and by the substitution therefor of the words "Labour Officer".
6. The Schedule to the Factories and Workshops
Ordinance, 1937 shall be further amended:

(1) By the repeal of the reference
opposite the sub-heading "Notification of accidents" following regulation 13 and by the substitution therefor of the following reference: "[a.5(1)()".
(ii) By the repeal of the words "Office of the Orban Council'" in the note at the foot of the form set out in Appendix II and the substitution therefor of the words "Labour Office".
