PROCLAMATION.
MAINTENANCE ORDERS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) ORDINANCE, 1021.
By Ilis Excellency Sir CECIL CLEMENTI, Knight Commander of the Most Distin- guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and ita Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same:
Whereas it is provided by section 13 of the Maintenance Urders (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance 1921 that where the Governor is satisfied that reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of any territory under His Majesty's protec- tion for the enforcement within such territory of maintenance orders made by Courts in Bong Kong the Governor may by Proclamation extend the Maintenance Order (Facilities (or Enforcement) Ordinance 1921 to maintenance orders made by courts within such territory and that thereupon the said Ordinance shall apply to such maintenance orders as if they had been made in Eugland or Ireland :

And wheresa I am satisfied that such reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of the Federated Malay States :
Now therefore 1 Sir CECIL CLEMENTI, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same do hereby by this Proclamation extend the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Orrli- nance 1921 to maintenance orders made by courts in the Federate Malay States.
