JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) ORDINANCE, 1921.

By His Excellency Sir Crem CLEMENTI, Knight Commander of the Most Distin- guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same:

Whereas it is provided by section 6 of the Judgments (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance 1921 theit where the Governor is satisfied that reciprocal provisions have been made by the lugialature of any part of His Majesty's dominions outside the United Kingdom for the enforcement within that part of His Majesty's dominions of judgments obtained in the Supreme Court the Governor may by order in Council declare that the said Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in a superior court in that part of Flis Majesty's dominions in the like manner as it extends to judgments obtained in a superior court in the United Kingdow and that on any such order being made the said Ordinance shall apply accordingly:

And whereas I am satisfied that such reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of Victoria.

Now therefore 1, Sir OKCIL CLEMENTI, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same do hereby by this order in council declare that the said Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in superior courts in Victoria.
