And I do also appoint you, the said Mr. Eovis RiCEARD HALLIFAX, to be Chairman of the said Commissioners:
And I do also appoint Mr. ALEXANDER WILLIAM GEORGE HERDER GRANTHAM to be Secretary to the said Commissioners:
And I do further, with the advice of the Executive Council, order and direct that the said Commissioners shall have all powers, rights, and privileges set out in the third section of the said Ordinance and that the examination of witnesses shall be conducted in private:
And I do further require you, the said Commissioners, to report to me your findinga in the matter of the said inquiry and your recommendations ut as early a date as poss- ible:
And I do further, with the advice of the Executive Council, revoke the commission issued by me on the 26th day of November, 1926; and published in the Gazette of the 28th day of November, 1926.

Nore-This commissiou is issued in substitution for that published in the Gazette of the 26th November. The alterations are (1) the addition to the commission of a mercantile marine officer with a muster's cortificate haring a knowledge of the Chius Coast, and (2) the addition of a further teru of reference giving a general power to make recommendations as to the measures for proventing piracy.
