LEGISLATION.
(i) The following amendments to by-laws were made by the Council:-
A. The by-laws under the heading "Food Shops" set forth in the Schedule to the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1935, were amended:
(1) by the amendment of by-law 1 with the object of defining "Public Market".
(2) by the introduction of a new by-law 1A giving the Council power to license all Food Shops in the whole of the Urban District.
