166. Shamshuipo Ferry Pier.--This work was referred to in paragraph 253 of last year's Report. The work was completed at the end of June, 1931, and expenditure was on account of the payment of retention money amounting to $1,000 which became due to the Contractor on expiration of the maintenance period of six months.
