No further work has been done in connection with this building.
The retention money on the piling contract (contract No.60 of 1924) amounting to $10,000 was paid in May.

(a.) Surfacing, etc., Roads,-Kaulungtong Development Area. A portion of the main road adjoining Kowloon Tong Estate from Kowloon City to Waterloo Road Extension was surfaced with 4" macadam and tar painted.
