The estimated assets, in cases where Receiving Orders were made and not subsequently rescinded, were $1,058,303.54 and the estimated liabilities $3,196,166.54 as against $21,102.90 and $64,324.77 respectively in 1924.
The fees collected amounted to $2,675.20 as against $1,880.45 in 1924 and the Official Receiver's Commission as Trustee, where no Trustee had been appointed by the Creditors, was $3,373.58 as against $3,297.62 in 1924.
7.-PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION.
Two hundred and forty-three (243) grants were made by the Court being:-

Court fees amounted to $33,956.95, and Official Administrator's Commission to $1,736.83. The figures in 1924 were respectively $19,364.20 and $1,094.51.
There were 122 Estates vested in or administered by the Official Administrator during the year; representing an aggregate value of $124,616.47. The figures for 1924 were respectively 116 and $122,385.19.
Twenty-six (26) Estates were wound up during the year, of the total value of $16,046.21 as against 8 in 1924 of the total value of $2,343.79.
Thirty-two (32) new accounts were opened during the year amounting to $18,277.49.
8.-OFFICIAL TRUSTS.
The number of Trust Estates in the hands of the Official Trustee at the end of 1925 was 20 with Trust Funds amounting to $83,718.12. In 1924 it was the same. No trust was wound up during the year, and no new trust was opened.
The amount of commission collected was $107.89 as against $388.06 in 1924.
