The whole of the necessary steel joists, etc., indented for from Home was delivered on site, and it is anticipated that this work will be completed well within the contract time.

103. Queen's College—Formation of site for the proposed new School at Caroline Hill.—This work was referred to in paragraph 106 of last year's Report.
Good progress was made during the year with the formation and levelling of the site, whilst the walling was completed by the close of the year. The formation of the road encircling the whole of the site was in hand.
It was not possible to proceed with the preparation of the plans for the buildings during the year.
