An area to the South of the Jockey Club building on the Wongneichong Road was filled in and surfaced to form a parking ground for motor cars.
3 Parking grounds to accommodate motor cars were formed and surfaced with cement concrete on the Lower Repulse Bay Road.
Consequent upon the erection of new buildings, kerbing and channelling operations were executed on the following roads, the footpaths being paved, and any necessary alterations in levels or alignment effected :-
