Chairman (in Cantonese):—We now vote on the resumption of the Annual Convention Debate by open ballot through the computer system. Will Members enter their votes on the computer system please? The question is on "Statement of Aims for 1999/2000”.

The motion was carried with 25 votes in favour and 1 vote against.

Ms. Carlye Tsui Wai-Ling (in Cantonese):—Mr. Chairman, I would like to go back to the result of votes placed. I don't know if I have made a mistake, but I saw my name on the “Against" list after voting "In favour".
Chairman (in Cantonese): Results indicate that Mr. CHAN Choi-hi voted “Against", no one voted “In Abstention" and 25 Members voted "In Favour". Are we all settled? Good.
The next motion will be moved by Mr. Mok Ying-fan, Chairman of the Museums Select Committee.
(2) MR. MOK YING-FAN, Chairman OF THE MUSEUMS SELECT COMMITTEE,
moved as follows:
"RESOLVED that the Designation of Museums (Amendment) Order 1999 be made under section 105G of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132."
He said (in Cantonese):—As Chairman OF The Museums Select Committee, I rise to move the motion standing in my name:
"RESOLVED that the Designation of Museums (Amendment) Order 1999 be made under section 105G of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132."
The purpose of the Order is to amend the name and address of the Hong Kong Museum of History (Lei Cheng Uk Branch) listed in the Schedule of the Designation of Museums Order (Cap.132 sub.leg.) consequent upon the change of its official name.
