Mr. Chairman, with these remarks, I support the motion.
CHAIRMAN (in Cantonese): The last speaker is Ms. Christina Ting Yuk-chee, J.P. Colleagues should have a copy of her speech in hand. As she is not feeling well, she is not going to speak at the meeting. Ms. TING's speech will form part of the Official Record of Proceedings (Annex 1). Ladies and Gentlemen, all of you who intended to speak have already spoken. As agreed in the Standing Committee, I will exercise my right of reply at the next meeting of the Council to be held on Tuesday, 13 February 1996. That concludes the business of today's meeting. Thank you.
