TERMS OF REFERENCE

To keep under review general administration and establishment needs and to consider overall public relations.

To exercise the powers and functions of the Council relating to cemeteries, crematoria and funeral parlours.

To exercise the powers and functions of the Council relating to the management of the City Hall and to deal with all matters pertaining to the proposed Kowloon Civic Centre.

To exercise the powers and functions of the Council relating to entertainment (except cultural functions held in the City Hall), advertising, management of car parks, and the licensing of places of public entertainment, bowling alleys, skating rinks, billiard saloons and table tennis saloons.
