Hong Kong Rapidly Returning to Normalcy

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has appointed Mr. Kuo Teh-hua, Foreign Relations Commissioner for Kwangtung and Kwangsi, to be concurrently Foreign Ministry Representative in Hongkong. Mr. Kuo will · leave for Kweiyang today to attend to the business of moving his office in Kweiyang to Canton.
