Dear Mr. Wallinger,
We are being asked by several members of various leading industrial establishments, who used to have their head offices and factories in Hong Kong, as to the procedure for returning quickly to the colony.
We are unable to advise them at present or put them in touch with anyone who is likely to be able to give them sound advice.
Will you kindly inform me as to what procedure I am to
adopt.
