I refer to the meeting held in the Colonial ©ffice on March 11th, and to Cypher Telegram No.273 Moat Secret" from the Colonial Errics to the Governor of Hong Kong da ted April 3rds
We have been asked by the Eachine Tool Control as to what plans have been formulated, in case of emergency to remove machine tools from the Colony, and I am anxious to learn: if you have had any report from Hong Kong regarding (a) and (e) of paragraph 2 of the telegram.
