15. For the purposes of this Agreement the General Agent shall employ an accountant recommended by the auditors and a secretary approved by the Immigration Officer.

Appendix II.
Supplemental agreement dated 30th January, 1941, between Mr. R. A. D. Forrest
and Mr. E. A. von Kobza Nagy.
It is hereby agreed notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the within written Agreement between the within named Immigration Officer and the within named General Agent that the term of that Agreement shall be Five years from the Twenty-fifth day of January One thousand nine hundred and forty one or until the dissolution of the Hong Kong Immigration Office or during the faithful performance of the terms of the said Agreement, whichever period shall be the shortest and the within written provision as to terminating the Agreement by Three months'
notice is hereby revoked.
