Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank Kobe branch telegraphed via New York 16th December that Yokohama Specie Bank while buying sterling freely from merchants at one shilling and twopence halfpenny refuse to buy at any rate from Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank who cannot sell to any other Bank.
