of November 4th (F 11605/79/10), and stating movements of gunboats is now a matter for discussion between Governments but that he is prepared to make exception in this case and His Majesty's Ship "Seame" is to sail for Canton on November 23rd to relieve H.M.S.

"Moth" unless Colonel Neville's visit can be arranged at an earlier date (2) No. 264 (0258 Z/16) of November 16th stating that arrangements already made should be continued with but Commander-in-Chief will deal with questions which may have dipbmatic repercussions.
