Refers to Foreign Office letter of the 30th August (F 7121/3262/10). Principal of University has issued instructions to the colleges of the University attended by Chinese students. Has telephoned to a number of colleges and ascertained that instructions will be issued to Chinese Indemnity students in same form as to British students who are being evacuated.
