Copy telegram from Naval Liaison Officer Shanghai (1705/5) of 6th May, 1939.

Refers to telegram of 20th March (F 2859/2859/10). Investigation of the "Chaksang" which has returned
Shanghai shews that bomb fell as indicated. Has therefore informed the Japanese Naval authorities of the circumstances, which point to gross carelessness, and requested them to be more careful in future.
