Refors to Mukden despatch No. 11 of 16th January (in F 2607/2482/10). Reports that a notification issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 28th February announced closing of two Japanese Consulates-General, five Consulates and three Consular branch offices as from that date.Consulates-General were at Mukden and Tsitsihan, the Consulates at Chinchow, Chihfeng, Cheng- tieb, Kirin and Yenki, and branch offices at Antung, Paichentze and Halan Arhohan. Japanese Consulate at Taiyuan opened on 1st March.
