Source mentioned in my telegram No. 385 states that it is reported from Dusseldorf that train loads of gas are proceeding through Malmedy into Belgian territory, and that printed instructions have been issued to railwaymen telling them how

to handle gas which is said to be chlorine.

Source mentioned in my telegram No. 626 reports it is being said in Berlin that it will be by the use of gas that war will end.
