Consequently, he is greatly perturbed at the responsibility put upon him by the Chiefs of Staff recent decision, that the gas filters in the C..R. ventilation system are not to be put into action when a Red Warning sounds which is contrary to the routine hitherto in force, by which the gas filters were put into action as soon as the Red Warning sounds.
